What are the most common reasons for shipping delays?

There are dozens of reasons behind a shipping delay. However, here are the most common ones you’ll likely encounter while in operation.

  • Bad weather.
  • Wrong/ Inaccurate shipping Address.
  • No-Go Zones / Remote Locations.
  • Law & Order Situation / Road Blocks.

NOTE: As markets are being shut down due to COVID-19 situation in the country, and as our supplier operate from within the market, they might experience delays in meeting the shipping timelines. We apologize for the inconvenience and will ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.

Will somebody contact me before shipping the package to my location?

Our delivery person may contact you to confirm your exact location or you might get the SMS notification once the order is shipped for delivery.

Furthermore, if you missed the delivery, we’ll attempt to deliver your order again, the next working day. We will attempt 2 times for the delivery of your order before cancelling it.

How do I place an order on TankiTapa?
  • Search you required product.
  • Click “Add to cart”
  • If not logged in, log in with your account. In case of new user please register yourself first.
  • Click on “Check out”
  • Fill all the required credentials.

How do I return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from TankiTapa, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and 14 days for mail. Please follow the instructions on the GIF or follow the written steps below.

  • Click Account and click View All in the My Order section.
  • Select the order you wish to return and click on the Return button.
  • Fill in the Return Form. The available return options [pick-up/drop-off] will be displayed in this form.
  • Pack your TankiTapa parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered.
  • Print the Return Label by visiting going into your returns page through desktop. Or write in block letters the Return Tracking Number on paper and secure the paper or printed Return Label on top of the return package.

It is no longer necessary to print out the Return Label. Customers can now authorize returns with the Return Tracking Number that is issued after completing the steps above.

What safety measures has TankiTapa taken to make sure packages are not infected?

Our delivery agents and operations team have been instructed to wear protective gear, including gloves and masks. Our Logistics Partners have been given the same instructions. We are also making sure that packages are being disinfected at customers' doorstep wherever possible.
